GOAL
Create an Agent App to help high-end fashion clothing agents promote and sell products (pieces) to their clients, connect with other agents, and cross-sell products without clients needing to step into a retail store.

Create a Client App for high-end clients to receive concierge level support from agents they have bonded with. While this is centered around high-end fashion clothing, the app allows clients to receive concierge support in a wide range of areas which promotes customer loyalty.

ROLE
As the UX Design Consultant, I worked closely with the owner and the executive team to create compelling concepts which they vetted with early beta high-end clothing sales agents and boutique store owners.

BOND - AGENT - APP - PROTOTYPE

PROTOTYPE STORYLINE
Sherri, the owner of a boutique, views her dashboard to get an overview of her sales. She notices that her profile is not 100% complete, so she taps on the profile tab. She adds a second store and a few apparel products (pieces).

The app displays a price tag badge on pieces which are currently in stock, and a photo badge on pieces which have more pictures.

ONE WEEK LATER
Sherri goes back into her profile screen and is delighted to see that agents are sharing photos of her pieces.

The app displays a social badge and number to indicate that the piece has been shared and the number of times it was shared.
