GOAL
Create an innovative personalized financial services product for young working professionals. This will include a responsive marketing landing page, onboarding flow, web app, account setup, and robust financial reports.
ROLE
As the UX Consultant, I provided strategy, responsive design solutions, wireframes, interaction specs, visual language, final visual designs, assets, and a visual guide.
The marketing landing page promoted the value, brand, and trust for Alkanza’s investment services. Call to action buttons were placed at both the top and bottom of the page to increase engagement. Themes were created using the same layout, which focused on highly energetic outdoor activities to evoke emotional and connection. The layout was designed and built on a responsive framework.
A couple themes were created for the marketing landing page to evoke an emotional connection. These were marketed to different user groups based on their interest graph.
“Explorer” is a highly interactive web app which updates as customers clicked, tapped, and dragged on the graph and coin stack.
A personalized investment plan was created to provide transparency into the strategies which helped customers reach their financial goals. Tapping on “Explore More” button took the customer back to the interactive interface where they could make adjustments to the forecast tools.

GOAL
Redesign Chase.com’s home page to better engage the wide range of needs customers have as they come to the front door of Chase. Incorporate a responsive framework.
ROLE
As the Design Lead and Manager, I crafted the vision, lead a team of designers, researchers, and content strategists, performed audits, created user need matrix, block diagrams, wireframes, mocks, prototypes, and presented concepts to key stakeholders including executives. We leverage a responsive design approach I helped implement for JPMorgan Chase & Co’s corporate marketing site redesign.
As customers scrolled down the page, a compelling story showcased how our products and services help with every day needs.
In addition to making the new Chase.com home page responsive, I helped introduce long-form story telling, a modular promotional system with native adds which enabled Chase business owners to market to their target audiences, a content mosaic at the bottom of the page to increase engagement with Chase's site, products, and brand.
